Jose Gonzalez

Chef Jose comes to Eldr+Rime with a wealth of experience having worked at several Wisconsin staple restaurants. From a young age, Chef’s career was shaped by learning classic Hispanic cooking techniques. His approach to food is layering unique, bold flavors to create deliciously memorable food. Creating food experiences that guests will savor long after the meal is over is clearly a passion for Jose. When not in culinary pursuits, Jose enjoys developing additional artistic skills through drawing and guitar playing.
