November Beer Pairing Dinner

Join us every second Thursday of the month for this educational Winter Series Beer Pairing Dinner, where we partner with 1840 Brewing Company to introduce rotating beers that are beautifully paired with a three course meal prepared by our culinary team. Menu will change month to month based on beer selections. As each course is served, you will learn about the offerings, making of the beer and food pairing directly from the producers and chefs. Event will be held in a private dining room for up to 25 people. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
Package includes:
- 1840 "Welcome Beer" upon arrival
- (3) courses – starter, entrée and dessert. Each course is paired with 1840 rotating brews with flavor profiles of either hoppy, sour, dark, fruity or light.
- A branded souvenir beer glass.
**Beer portion size varies from 5oz-10oz per course based on alcohol content. Additional beer available for purchase.

DUCK LEG CONFIT
smoked duck sausage, barley+wild rice, dried apricot, dried cherries
Second Course
'OKTOBERFEST - GERMAN STYLE LAGER
crisp+full flavored, finishes with a perfect balance of hop bitterness with malt sweetness
FEISTBIER BRAISED SHORT RIBS
butternut squash, sweet potatoes, birch syrup, crispy speck
Third Course
'BARREL AGED SEA TURTLE' - TURTLE SUNDAE STOUT
milk stout brewed with a mix of roasted+caramel malts, milk sugar, conditioned on pecans, cocoa nibs+caramel sauce.
aged in old fitzgerald bourbon barrels
CHOCOLATE STOUT CAKE
stout caramel, vanilla bean whipped cream, candied pecans
