January Butcher's Cut Dinner

Join us each month as Chef Gary Baca and Chef David Cook explore and create with a unique, prime, and curated cut to create an artful four course dinner to share with you.

January will be featuring Australian Wagyu, which is known for its buttery sweet flavor with a hint of umami.

Tickets may be purchased for just the four course dinner or the four course dinner with suggested beverage pairings.

Price of tickets include tax and gratuity.
