Bringing people together is what Eldr+Rime is built to do. Staying true to our DNA, the Chefs at this Wauwatosa neighborhood restaurant are bringing their other chef friends together to create one-of-a-kind experience while benefiting a charity. Chef Adam Pawlak of Egg & Flour Pasta Bar, Kyle Knall of Birch, Alex Lyskowicz of Bavette La Boucherie will partner with Chef Gary Baca, David Cook and Tim Jordan of Eldr+Rime to develop five-course offerings that feature seasonal freshness and fire (one of the main elements in Eldr+Rime’s cuisine). 

“This is not your everyday scripted collaboration. This is about chef friends having fun in the kitchen and creating something they’re passionate about while supporting a great cause”, said Adam Pawlak. The different perspectives and techniques that every chef brings to the table is going to be so inspiring. 

Each of the five-courses will be paired with thoughtfully crafted beverages. The menu will highlight wood fire grill and wood fire oven while featuring locally sourced products. The final menu will be announced closer to the event. “We want to allow creativity to evolve and not limit ourselves with a scripted menu too far in advance”, Baca said. Nonetheless, guests can expect to see some fine dishes that each chef will be proud to put on the tables. This includes seafood prepared over live fire, seasonal produce, homemade pasta, slowly roasted meats, and a complementing dessert course.
