April Butcher's Cut Dinner

Join us each month as Chef David Cook and Chef Jose Gonzalez explore and create with a unique, prime, and curated cut to create an artful four course dinner to share with you.

For April, we are looking to South American for this inspiration, playing with fire and exploring the open fire cooking techniques of Brazil and Argentina. 

Tickets may be purchased for just the four course dinner or the four course dinner with suggested beverage pairings.

Price of tickets include tax and gratuity.
