Meet David Cook who joined our team as Executive Sous Chef. David’s passion for cooking and love of hospitality all started at a young age when he learned to cook Mediterranean. Fresh ingredients, innovative approach and selflessly serving the needs of others are his key ingredients to creating timeless guest experience. Beside enjoying Milwaukee sports (especially the Bucks and the Packers), he loves to host and entertain while being creative in every aspect. Prior to joining Eldr+Rime, David served as the Executive Chef for Parkside 23 restaurant.
